As you know, there are nine species in SWTOR, and here we will have a brief introduction on the first four of them which are: Chiss, Cyborg, Humans, Miraluka and Miralan. Not much is known about the Chiss since they come from a remote planet in Star Wars but are said to be close to the human race in many ways. Right now there are no unique customizations for the Chiss but we understand that you will be able to customize you Chiss with the basic customizations of the SWTOR Humans, Hair, and Scars Tattoos etc.
Cyborg
Cyborg was a cybernetic organism, that is, a living organic sentient organism with mechanical prostheses. They are often covered in syntheskin. Now the known Cyborgs are the Darth Malak and the Darth Malgus. Darth Malak was a Jedi turned Sith Lord under his master Revan. Darth Malgus, born Veradun, is a human male Sith Lord in service of the Sith Empire.
Humans
Humans are one of the species confirmed to be playable in the game and are currently able to play any class. Humans are the galaxy's most numerous and politically dominant sentient species with millions of major and minor colonies galaxywide. Believed to have originated on the galactic capital of Coruscant, they can be found anywhere, engaged in many different pursuits: spacers, mercenaries, smugglers, merchants, soldiers, assassins, farmers, crime lords, laborers, slaves, slavers, and many others, including Jedi. Since Humans are the most common sentient species, they are often considered to be a standard or average to which the biology, psychology, and culture of other species are compared.
Miraluka
The Miraluka are a Force sensitive race who is a lot like humans but they do not see normally like humans they see using the force because they have no eyes. The Miraluka being so attached to the Forces means that a lot of them in Star Wars lore are within the Jedi Order although there as been some Dark Jedi Miraluka. The Miraluka will be many aimed at Jedi Classes and maybe Sith Force users. I can see the Miraluka being one of the strongest races to play a Jedi Knight due to there natural ability with the Force.
Mirialans
Hailing from the planet of Mirial, Mirialans are near-human with skin color ranging from dark green to a pale tone similar to that of some humans. Mirialans are very fast and agile, making them hard to beat in any combat.
